I have been using Shandina Cupuacu Butter for 2 weeks on my hair , i notice my hair is not dry like it use to be, my hair is more moisturized and soft it last’s for days not just one day, it also helps me with my hives i get in the summer time , and get my dry scalp all clean and moisturize love this butter its my holy grill highly recommend .

Shipping time - Once your order has been processed, please allow an additional 2-3 business days for your order to arrive. 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY ?

Yes! We offer international shipping. Our shipping prices are based on the current prices set by the carrier as well as the weight of your package. The purchaser is also responsible to pay any applicable taxes or duties that may apply.

Please Note: Due to Covid-19, we have temporarily suspended our international shipments due to delays & increases in lost packages. We will resume once everything stabilizes. 

MY PACAKAGE WAS RETURNED TO SENDER WHAT DO I DO NOW ?

If a package is returned to Shandina Organic Hair Care due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery,  the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the re delivery cost (amount subject to change based on current shipping rates). 

We will be happy to reship at your request once the reshipping cost has been paid. 

Shandina is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer, no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.

WHAT TO DO IF MY PACKAGE ARRIVE DAMAGE OR INCORRECT ?

In the event that you received the wrong item, an item is missing from your package, or an item is damaged, please email us at customerservice@shandinaoch.com within 72 hours and we will resolve the issue once verified. Pictures may be required for our records.
