PRODUCT QUESTIONS

HIS SHANDINA ORGANIC HAIR CARE PRODUCTS NATURAL?

Yes! We use a combination of both natural and raw ingredients from nature in all of our products. All of our products are cruelty free, silicone free, paraben free, sulfate free, etc.

CAN I USE SHANDINA ORGANIC HAIR CARE PRODUCTS ON MY KIDS ?

Yes! Since our products contain natural ingredients, they are safe for children. However, since we use natural nut butters and oils in our products, be sure to review our ingredients & perform a patch test to make sure your child doesn't have an allergy to any ingredients we use.


WHAT TYPE OF FRAGRANCE DO YOU USE INNYOUR PRODUCTS ?

We use natural fragrance oils, essential oils, and some safe synthetic fragrances that are phthalate-free

DO YOU HAVE SALES ?

All of our sales our spontaneous. Please make sure you are signed up to our email list, so you don’t miss out on any sales or promotions in the future.

 CAN I FIND YOUR PRODUCTS IN A STORE NEAR ME ?

We currently sell our products on our website here and a one select retailer for now .

HAIR QUESTIONS

DO YOUR PRODUCTS WORK FOR WAVY HAIR ?

Yes! Our products work on all textures from loose waves to tighter curls. However, we do recommend adjusting the amount that is used to avoid hair that is weighed down.

DO YOUR PRODUCTS WORK FOR 4C HAIR ?

Yes! Our products work great on all textures, especially tighter (4c) curls/coils.

DO YOUR PRODUCTS WORK FOR LOW POROSITY HAIR ?

Yes! Sometimes low porosity hair takes a few extra steps to get the product to absorb. Our products will absorb more easily when used in conjunction with heat. You can choose to spray the hair with warm water prior to styling or sit under a hooded dryer to allow the products to better penetrate the hair strand. Using these techniques will allow the cuticle of the hair to open up and absorb the moisture from our products.

HOW LONG UNTIL I SEE RESULTS ?

Your hair should feel noticeably softer and easier to manage after a one treatment. Most of our customers report softer hair after their first time using our products. With regular use, you will notice less breakage, hydration, hair growth and overall healthier hair.

SHIPPING QUESTIONS

HOW LONG UNTIL MY PRODUCTS ARE SHIPPED ?

Our team is working hard to ensure that your products are made, packed and shipped with care. Because our products our handmade, this process takes a bit longer.

Processing time - Please allow up to 3 business days for us to process your order. (6 business days if ordered during a sale or promotion) 

Shipping time - Once your order has been processed, please allow an additional 2-3 business days for your order to arrive. 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY ?

Yes! We offer international shipping. Our shipping prices are based on the current prices set by the carrier as well as the weight of your package. The purchaser is also responsible to pay any applicable taxes or duties that may apply.


Please Note: Due to Covid-19, we have temporarily suspended our international shipments due to delays & increases in lost packages. We will resume once everything stabilizes. 

MY PACAKAGE WAS RETURNED TO SENDER WHAT DO I DO NOW ?

If a package is returned to Shandina Organic Hair Care due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery,  the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the re delivery cost (amount subject to change based on current shipping rates). 

We will be happy to reship at your request once the reshipping cost has been paid. 

Shandina is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer, no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.

WHAT TO DO IF MY PACKAGE ARRIVE DAMAGE OR INCORRECT ?

We are so sorry for the inconveneience! In the event that you received the wrong item, an item is missing from your package, or an item is damaged, please email us at customerservice@shandinaoch.com within 72 hours and we will resolve the issue once verified. Pictures may be required for our records.

WHAT IS SHANDINAORGANICHAIR REFUND POLICY?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges or issue refunds. All of our products are freshly handmade to order just for you. Therefore, please be aware that all sales are final and cannot be exchanged or returned. We ask that you please select your products carefully. 

If you are unsure which products to buy, we recommend trying our smaller sizes.
